Easy, works well

Just finished building my custom concrete fire pit table and wanted to leave a huge thank you to EasyFirePits. com and especially Alex for all the help throughout the process. I purchased the T-burner kit, pan, and glass wind guard, and everything arrived exactly as expected and worked flawlessly. The quality of the components is outstanding and really helped bring the whole project to life. What really stood out though was the customer service. Alex was incredibly helpful from start to finish - answering questions, helping guide sizing and setup decisions, and making sure I had everything needed for the build. That level of support is hard to find these days and made a big difference during a pretty involved DIY project. The finished table came out amazing and the burner system performs perfectly. Highly recommend EasyFirePits. com to anyone building a custom fire feature. Great products and even better customer service.

I recently purchased the subject. I must say it was a pleasant experience! I knew nothing about the technical side or parts, but the staff walked me through everything in clear and simple details. The pricing and shipping was very fair. I installed it easily with the addition of a simple washer. It took a bit to get all the old corroded stuff removed. Overall, very happy with the part and in particular the technical support from EasyFirePits!

I have very happy and impressed with EasyFirePits since the first day my fire pit kit arrived (8+ years ago). I recently had to move the pit and was surprised to find the fire ring and hoses/fittings still looked new. I recently had a question about why a propane tank flame diminishes as the evening wears on and Rick was happy to explain the problem. He also offered a solution that has proven to be great. Thanks!
