On a whim, I visited the Eastern Jungle Gym website to order my products, and I was pleasantly surprised that the costs were less than Amazon, and they offered free shipping. Products arrived quickly and were packaged well. We've yet to install them, but I don't anticipate having any issues. Quality seems spot on!

I made a 16' swingset using the joiner bracket and end brackets. This product seems super sturdy and saved me tons of time from not having to use a 16' beam or having to create the joints myself.

We bought the classic kit (minus the lumber) for the Grand kids, opted not to use the monkey bars and bought the optional horse gilder. I had contacted customer service several times by email on how I should proceed as I was using my own lumber. One of the best customer services experiences in a long time. Very prompt and informative. Now for the actual quality of the kit we purchased. The whole set was top notch. I have mounted all the hardware for the swings and glider, also the swing bar brackets. Just waiting for better weather to take it all outside and secure the legs. I had the good fortune of someone milling all my lumber, so it was pretty easy to install the brackets, I would check your lumber to make sure it is properly sized. Definitely recommend Eastern Jungle Gym.
