When I tell you anyone who knows me, knows Earthbound is my store. Whenever I visit Key West it is most likely the only place I purchase something to bring back with me. This past Sunday I was in Key West and right off the back the ladies in the store are just ON IT! Complimenting me, taking photos for me, each girl just so KIND and HAPPY and the vibes and dancing just so immaculate! Part of the reason why I love going in! I was only there for the day and found the PERFECT Jumpsuit for myself as per usual. When I returned home in the far north-east my mom was extremely annoyed I didn't get her one. SUSIE in KEYWEST has GRACIOUSLY decided to ship me the jumpsuit out of the kindness of her HEART! But I should not be surprised!!! I am never disappointed with your stores or your brand or your amazing employees! You have no idea what it means for Susie to do this, my mom is going to be so HAPPY! Thank you Susie! You web site was very was to navigate and I was able to buy a gift card for my daughter. She had been in one of your stores in DFW area and loved the look of your items. I'm sure she had fun spending her gift card.

Last time my gf and I were in an earthbound she pointed out this sticker, when I returned to get it for her it had sold out. I resorted to the website and was pleasantly surprised to see the package sitting on my doorstep several days before the shipping period (ex 5-7 days) fantastic team and can’t express how much she loved it.

I took my granddaughter to shop (her favorite store) and I loved the upbeat service everyone in the store received from the manager. I apologize for not getting her name. She greeted and offered to help each customer. A large shipment came in and she was right there unloading everything. Told customers if they couldn’t find what they were looking for to check back as they were restocking after the Christmas sales. My granddaughter loved her purchases and I found some gift items too!

This mug is so cute - my daughter loves VW busses so this was perfect for her! She couldn't be happier with it. The package arrived very well wrapped and in a very timely fashion, especially considering all of the delivery issues happening now.

I was finally able to find the Rabbit Cap Blind Box items at a store and I bought one for my little dog. He looked absolutely adorable in the ears, even though I could tell his patients with me was running thin. Still He sat for the mini photoshoot and I got some cute/sassy pictures of him.
