Love the store, the products and the prices. The web site is the WORST ever. Add one item to the cart, try to add a second item and the first item gets knocked out of the cart.

I really love this skirt! The color and pattern is very nice, and I really enjoy the embroidery details on the front. It also twirls quite prettily, which is important in a skirt! Note it doesn't have a liner, but I wasn't bothered by that.

I use debit card to realize a purchase but only takes Google Pay and PayPal. I called one of your numbers and they explained that you were having problems with your site and that I should try refreshing the page. I've already done that, but I still can't pay. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do to complete the payment?

This wrap skirt is well made & beautiful. The fabric print was even prettier in person. There are so many garments you can make with a wrap skirt! EB offers some ideas on their site. You can also find many videos. Love it!

The cite is really well organized however I do wish they had more sizes of things.

I purchased a hat from this company. It was sent out USPS. I got a notification that it was delivered. It was not. I contacted this company, and they said they'd start an investigation for me, but that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I've been fighting with them now for TWO days. They are refusing to help me any further and now I've contacted the Better Business Bureau. Since I've discussed that with them, they haven't contacted me back. This company is a joke, and I'll never be buying from them again!

Omg! I fell in love with this place! The robe/ dress i bought is reversible and is so soft and the style is amazing and to beat it all it was buy 1 get second item 60 percent off!

I love how they fit and the style. Usually I dislike like color green, but these pants are hand down awesomesauce. Ever since my husband showed me this shop in 2020 Earthbound is the only place I buy my clothes. 100% recommend if you like the style.

Best experience I had shopping at your store located inside Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I was shopping there on Sep. 30 2024 somewhere between the hours 1 PM and 3PM. That sales lady you have working for you is freaking awesome. This woman not only gave me assistance, but went above and beyond to aid me. I was clueless about what size I needed or what I was doing. I simply knew what I desired. This skirt was the first thing I noticed on the store mannequin. However, as a man, I have no idea how size or anything else for women's clothes works. All I know is that I was drawn to it like a child gets drawn to candy and I simply had to have it. Now for the depressing information. Across the board, your company was sold out of my size. She had an additional advantage. She showed me more comparable goods. I got a dress and three skirts when I got home. Even after I left the store, I wore the dress home. I think I can now officially identify as a gender bender. Guess who coming back to shop again with customer service like that.

This was my favorite store until I visited the store by the falls that I was rushed out of by the worker. I still like earthbound clothing but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will always shop at the one at Miami international mall. The photo was taken at 8:00pm

I just got mine not to long ago and it broke and the crystals went everywhere. Very sad really loved it.

Saw this in person and absolutely had to have it but I wasn’t able to bring it home with me that trip so I ordered it online when I got home. When it arrived it was super damaged and barely hanging on by a thread, but the support team was super helpful and shipped me a new one right away! The second one was packaged beautifully and carefully and I’m so excited to hang it up and admire it in my home! Thanks Earthbound ☺️
