Shipping was a little slow
Shipping was a little slow and couldn’t track it without signing up for another app/service which I can’t keep track of hundreds of services already. Should be able to track from email. Other than that all was good.

When I ordered the queen sized mattress, I ordered a queen sized mattress protector with it. A Twin XL cover arrived and I sent it back. When the correct size (queen) arrived, it was too large for the queen sized mattress I bought it for. It remains, in its baggy state, on the mattress be a use I am tired of fooling with this company.

Only issue was never got
Only issue was never got updated on the delivery. The website only had order was being processed and it appeared at my home while I was out of state. If no one was checking my house the box would of been left outside for several days exposing it to weather
