I love all my packing
I love all my packing sacks and cubes. I not only use them while traveling, but to organize a knitting project. It would be difficult to decide on a favorite as I have a drawer full to choose from.

I purchased this bag December of 2010 and it was the best investment ever. Im a United States Marine and i retired. I continue working for civil service and currently working out of Japan i had this bag with me on overy trip i take and i travel on an average of 10 to 11 months a year. This bag has travel around the globe several times. It has been aboard every US Aircraft Carriers. This bag has been in Africa, spain, Japan,Korea, Singapore, Bali, France, turkey,Bahrain, Dubai,SAUDI, Djibouti, south pole,Vietnam, Thailand,Malaysia,Sweden,Kuwait,Iraq,Afghanistan,UAE,Italy, United States. so many countries and currently still traveling with it. No other bag compares. I'm extremely proud to own it!!! Thank you for providing me with this amazing Bag.

Fortunately I've never had to
Fortunately I've never had to contact customer service due to a defect or breakage or needed repair to any of my Eagle Creek luggage and I have at least 5 Eagle Creek suitcases of various styles and sizes. The size/type I use depends on were I am going and how long I will be gone.
