Delivery was slow came in two parts which wasn’t very clear overall tho very happy with the fire. Unfortunately there out of stock wanted to order a second one.

Placed my order with ease, delivered on time. The only issue we had was with the instructions they were not very clear. We managed to figure them out and ended up with a very nice fire.

Very well packed. Unfortunately had a message saying the parcel had been delivered. There was no parcel and spent many anxious hours waiting for the eventual delivery.Failed to get in touch with courier and seller.

The fireplace looks really good. It is of good quality and works well. We are very pleased with it. We didn't receive any email updates when it was dispatched; however, the driver gave us a call to check if he could deliver the package on the day, which was good.

bought the 70inch fire its lovely looks good with the logs and plenty of colors to choose to suit your mood the remote easy to work also delivery was quick with tracking got a text message giving me time and delivery date slot great service thanks

That is a jewel!!! Absolutely satisfied with the product. A stunning design, colours can be changed (we prefer natural but the blue and white options look nice, also), high quality steel and glass front. Arrived packed in double boxes. Highly recommended.
