the first thing to say its a nice bbq to use it is a little fiddley to put to gether you defo need to look at the guide it took about 2hours to assemble on my own not days like some idiots are saying i would buy again brill for the money delivered fast really good sight

As previous reviewer said the assembly of the BBQ is rather complicated and time consuming. The instruction manual fails to show/explain the putting together of some of the most complicated aspects of the BBQ. Simplifying the instructions would be helpful like making sure that parts identified in the instructions with a letter aren’t then identified on the packet worth a number. You need two people and it took us a couple of afternoons. The item was a little off once assembled and because some elements were wonky the ash draw didn’t fit properly due to manufacturing fault in the finishing of edges etc. Haven’t used yet but hopefully the performance will be better than the setting up. Have deducted stars because of this.

When the order arrived, a very quick delivery, the box was huge, extremely well packaged, it took ages to get into but worth the wait, i bought this fire for a spare room and im very happy with it, its very stylish, i havnt used it properly as yet so not sure how hot it gets, my only small pick would be the sides are grey as opposed to what i thought was black but its not a deal breaker, i love it and the price was excellent.

Easy and straight forward to put up. Be aware the package comes in two pieces but not on the same day and doesn’t state 1of 2

It was easy to put together. It looks good. It cooks well. We thought the only downside was that the shelf that holds the charcoal is perhaps not quite deep enough.

Quality BBQ purchased. Very good size. Looking forward to trying it out out with the family, so 5 star review.

Took longer to put together than if there had been a decent set of instructions with it. Overall fairly decent quality, top and bottom of the barrel are very thin steel so not sure how long it will last if not covered. Has some very good features and certainly looks impressive when assembled. Looking forward to trying it out.

The customer service was outstanding! The fireplace arrived on time and was handled with great care. It looks fantastic nestled under the 70-inch TV. Heat's the room up when the heating option is needed. The only thing is getting used to the remote control settings!
