Inconsistent product

Shipping, ordered on a Thursday, DM doesn't ship on Friday's so took more time to receive the mattress.

Not what I ordered

The mattress arrived quickly with the base arriving soon after (although FedEx did not notify me it was coming so I had to scramble for help on its arrival--please fix that). Bridget in customer service was empathetic and helpful and Emer my white glove installer was wonderful. He even found some screws in his toolbox to better secure my platform bed base. Above and beyond and well worth the extra $199.

Easy to navigate the website and get exactly what I needed

The mattresses took a few days longer to arrive than promised. Advertising a three day delivery when shipping from the East Coast to the West Coast is kind of sporty. I recommend the medium firm mattress. It is good for side and back sleeping - I do both!

It probably helps living in the same state it is shipped from - Illinois but shipping has been very prompt. I usually get them within 1 or 2 business days after ordering.
