Great service from James over the phone and in store😊

We visited the Somerton Store on Thursday 8 May 2025. My wife and I were greeted by a young energetic man called Luke. We had visited the store in response to a curl bar which was advertised on Marketplace. When I enquired about the curl bar on Market Place, I received an immediate response which made me think that the person on the other end of this message actually cared. I know it often just about business and sales, but on meeting Luke it was obvious just how genuinely welcoming this young man is. We purchased our bar and a few other smaller items and left with a great sense knowing that our young men have a genuine purpose and sense of dealing with people. We are both 72yo and still lifting weight, so if anyone our age is doing the same, I can recommend you visit the Somerton store and catch up with Luke.

Purchased a power rack package along with some additional accessories. Purchased a discontinued item. One phone initiated by the store and was given an upgrade to another product of greater value. Luke’s service was excellent.

My husband and I went in today looking for a home gym. We are in our sixties and not quite sure what we needed, we were lucky enough to speak to Sean who spent a great deal of time with us explaining all the features of different models and steering us not towards the expensive models but what would work for us. We then took a step back check out other businesses in the area but we came back to Sean because of the service he gave us. Thank you Sean looking forward to picking up our new gym

Service was great from right beginning. Explaining all aspects of the gym and a great price . Delivery and installation was quick. Phill installing the gym was fantastic. He took time to explaining all the components. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get any gym equipment to take visit to Dynamo.

Thankyou Sarah for going above and beyond, helped me out with exactly what I wanted. I got the bench press and cable weights machine I wanted. I came into the store with an injured shoulder and was a bit worried on how I was going to move stuff into my car. I live just down the road so she happily organised delivery for me which arrived in 15 minutes and the delivery guy moved everything into the area I wanted it. Super friendly store and now I can focus on my shoulder rehabilitation at home and exercise everyday in my new gym. Fantastic service 👏 Huge praise 10/10 thanks from MARC.

Firstly i would like to thank Sarah! Sarah was very helpful with my purchases, I was a bit worried about getting my newly brought equipment into my car as I had an injured shoulder, but she went above and beyond organised everything so I got my gym set dropped off within 15mins and I didn't have to lift anything. Very grateful as I can now use my equipment straight away on the rehabilitation of my shoulder injury. I only have good things to say. From the research to the questions then prompt responses from Luke and purchase. We were absolutely amazed that the gym arrived less that 48 hours after purchasing. My husband got to assembling it straight away and within two days I completed my first workout. EVER. We purchased this to support me to become fitter and stronger. But I was uncertain having never used a gym before. It is so user friendly. I think I’m becoming shifted. Two weeks in and I’m always looking forward to the next workout. I must also say that the quality is above what we expected. Fantastic value for money. Absolutely no regrets and highly recommended.

I had picked up my partners Pink Reeplex Luna reformer other day from St. Mary's store. Sherie was there and went out of her way to help and loading. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Well done. . Yes I even tried reformer out even tho it's pink😁. Quality was there. Keep up the good work

We went in looking for a recovery exercise bike and dealt with James. We had a pretty good experience and James asked all our dumb question in a professional manner and we extremely helpful. We ended up buying two different types of bikes. Would highly recommend Dynamo fitness and the team.

This was the best purchase I have made in a long time! We love our new Pilates reformer. Our whole family is using it as is the same as going to a studio! Easy to put together and really sturdy when using it!I was able to try it out in the showroom before I purchased it.. service was great.My reformer is soft pink with a wood frame.. love it ..

I bought the temples reformer and absolutely love it. I upgraded from my cheaper metal frame to this delux version and wow I can feel the difference. It feels like I’m in the studio, and is a very smooth glide making my Pilates workout

Don’t be put off by entry through a gym to get to first floor showroom. Great service - ask for Natalie - no pressure sale, excellent detailed advice and nice discount off shop floor sample. Helped me get it onto my trailer and home.
