My husband and I picked a machine online that we wanted to look at. We walked in and were immediately welcomed with a smile by Dimitar. He then helped us by showing us the machine and going through all the workouts we could do, allowing us to try it. He recommended another potential machine, which we would have loved to buy but it was just too big to fit into our room. His went over and above to please us and deliver on the service. He was genuinely interested in assisting us and giving us the best option for our needs. I would highly recommend going to this store, as you will be met with an authentic person that wants to give the best customer service.

My phone call was taken even before the store officially opened, Lucas was very knowledgeable, knew what I wanted and the stock available. Once I was in the store he explained the equipment and gave good advice when I asked. I don’t need to go anywhere else for equipment now.
