Purchased as a personal upgrade from an old aeropilates reformer. The Reeplex Luna reformer arrived well protected in a huge box, was easy to assemble and looks fabulous. It is extremely smooth, as good as the commercial ones I have used and has 3 heavy springs which for me is great. I couldn’t view in store as too far away but Dima was most helpful answering all my questions and even sending me a little video of the reformer. Delivery was prompt but was unfortunately only able to be delivered to a local depot so I had to arrange pick up, requiring a Ute. The only negatives I found for me personally - the shoulder blocks hard (aeropilates are soft foam) and the head board does not go high enough for me, although a wooden block underneath has fixed this problem. Overall the reformer is fabulous and Dynamo a pleasure to do business with. Communication was prompt at all times. Good job Dynamo.

I would like to mention that I am very happy with the equipment. Dynamo provides an excellent experience from the moment you step into the shop to view the equipment. I would also like to congratulate Duncan, who showed me everything with great patience and dedication—he truly made all the difference.

They did not fulfill there order . I have contacted them through numerous emails and reached out to them on instagram and no response in weeks . Half of my order didn’t arrive . Don’t recommend buying from here

My husband and I picked a machine online that we wanted to look at. We walked in and were immediately welcomed with a smile by Dimitar. He then helped us by showing us the machine and going through all the workouts we could do, allowing us to try it. He recommended another potential machine, which we would have loved to buy but it was just too big to fit into our room. His went over and above to please us and deliver on the service. He was genuinely interested in assisting us and giving us the best option for our needs. I would highly recommend going to this store, as you will be met with an authentic person that wants to give the best customer service.
