Fantastic! Staff was very friendly and took the extra time to find the right fit/color/look that I was looking for. 3 tries to be precise. I was a little surprised you did not offer a veteran, or senior discount. Still feel like I got good value.

The size charts on the web site are not adequate and could have saved me placing an order that I'll just have to return. The Polo Ralph Lauren size chart reads more like a brochure than a chart; it doesn't actually give any dimensions for any specific size. I've been wearing XLT for years, so assumed it was a good bet, but it turns out the Big & Tall XLT is 2 inches wider when I lay it out flat than all my other XLT shirts. Store staff says it's not shinkage, as these fabrics should be pre-shrunk. Similar discrepancy for DXL's house brands, Synrgy and one other, as well. On the bright side: delivery was timely, without excess packaging, and store staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The match my suit and ties to my wife's dress. I wanted a 50 pant but they only had a 48 & a 52. They shipped a 50 to my home in 2 days!

Always a pleasure to shop in store here. The people are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is 5 stars. Very upscale and relaxed. Not like the hidden back corner of some department stores. If you are a big guy you will appreciate the first class treatment at this place and the incredible diverse selection. Everything from big names brands to store brand bargains that dont skimp on quality.
