Haven’t had to deal with any customer service issues so can’t speak to that but the shipping has been so much better lately than in years past and the quality of the product seem to be great. My only complaint with an of the Dux stuff is that all almost all the clothing seems to run on the smaller size. I’m a bigger guy and I buy my Dux hoodies in 3Xl and some fit great but some run on the smaller side or I have even had a couple that where extremely small to the point I gave them to my son that wears a XL and they fit him well. I would just like the hoodies at least in the larger sizes be cut just a little me more generously and a little more consistent.
