My cinnamon ferns arrived well packaged and were all very healthy.

I've ordered several items and they do NOT cushion the bulbs inside the box. They just rattle around in a half empty box. My last order, the bulbs were all damaged. In the previous orders, the items were beaten up, but I did plant them and most were ok, although some ended up not being viable. I've never seen a company ship something in this way. This is crazy.

Everything (I hope I’m not reviewing the irises, which will arrive in th fall. Assume that I’m talking about dahlias) arrived around planting time, and I found appropriate items on the website. So I’m a happy camper for now. But it’s mid-May—way too early to review plant performance. Why do you insist on reviews so soon after delivery?

I bought 2 sets of Sea Holly. Both arrived with most roots viable. 9 out of 10 alive. I potted them up to get them growing before I plant them out. They are looking great so far.

I ordered 5roots of peony trees, 4 of them in good condition but one does not look good, I don't know if I can get refund for that or the company would send me another root, I also order some bulbs , all of them are good except one root of peony tree.

All bulbs received were super healthy and were nice in size. I look forward to their blooms this summer.

I have ordered bulbs from Von Bourgondien for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with my purchases. Their bulbs and tubers are much larger and higher quality than other mail order catalogues. Their prices are significantly better than others. I usually get 5 tubers or bulbs per bags. I have absolutely no complaints with my purchases and customer service is fantastic. I STRONGLY recommend this company for your bulbs and tubers.

The roots I received are of excellent quality (e. g. , 15 of 15 dahlias immediately sprouted inside compared to 8 of 20 roots from Lowes). However, I live in zone 4A (based on zip code) and my first shipment of various plants arrived April 24 (then another shipment a few days later) and spent the night outside in 32 degree cold before I returned home and brought inside. Normal outside planting is May 20-25 in 4A, so there was a guaranteed wait of four weeks before I can plant. This should be corrected by vK and reduced to maximum 10 days to 2 weeks.

Package arrived and what I received were Root bundles. Was kinda expecting bulbs. Roots are a bit of a pain to plant over bulbs but after the needed preparation and giving the package a good overnight soak in a bucket of water, the roots separated and I fanned them out a bit when I laid them into the bed. Covered them over and watered them in well and am waiting to evidence of growth. Have always had good results with this type of planting mainly because of the additional time taken to prepare the beds.

Everything arrived as expected. But the bulbs were much much smaller than I anticipated for Giants. They also didn’t have any sign of growth. I’m skeptical but optimistic. . We will see.

Trustworthy shipping and timely arrival

I live in southwestern PA. I received my order of roots on March 19th. Way to cold to plant in my 6B zone. I planted my order of roots and placed them in my garage (with windows?. The mudlekia & bergenia grew very well. The Coneflower did not thrive 2 of 3 roots started to grow then puttered out.
