Lilies were not available this fall in our area. I ordered and lilies were delivered in three separate shipments. I had 2 orders. Shipments all arrived in 10 days and the weather cooperated so all are planted and we will await spring

I’ve ordered for years and it seems every year the shipping gets later into the fall Bulbs were ordered in August and were not received until late November with a decent amount of bulbs being dried out or green.

Got my bulbs in a very timely manner, nice bulbs, got them in the ground, can't wait to see them next year.

The bulbs may be great, but delivery time would have been quicker by Pony Express . How are bulbs to be planted with 6 inches of snow on the ground in upstate New York?? The order was placed with sufficient time to. . allow for planting. . .

The bulbs arrived quicky which was wonderful because I wanted to plant them in time for Christmas presents. I ordered 8 and 7 of them are already just starting to come up from the bulb.

One set of 5 Lilly bulbs looked poor. Everything else was fine with the tulip bulbs especially large and healthy.

The fact that I ordered months ago and did not receive my orders till late November and it’s already winter here in upstate New York I was not very happy with the delivery time. Temperatures outside are already in the 20s.

I ordered 2 types of Iris. They were just thrown in the box and the labels weren’t all attached therefore unable to know which color are which. Wasn’t informed about my tulips being unavailable until it was on the packing slip and I have no idea where my hyacinths are

WHY am I being asked for a review when I only just received and planted the bulbs? There is nothing to show until the next Spring. Use some common sense and don't ask your customers for an immediate review - it shows a definitely lack of understanding your own business. Ask me for reviews of everything I bought IN A YEAR when I actually have something to say and show! The constant pestering/harassment for reviews is A HUGE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE and speaks very poorly of your knowledge of your own business, products, and customers. GIVE IT A REST.

Bulbs are of excellent quality. This company stands behind what they sell. . . if something isn't right they will make it RIGHT ! I've ordered several times from them in the past and shipping is always timely. I highly recommend Kay VanBourgandien !
