The bulbs were of excellent quality. Some of them were doubled. I am very impressed and excited to see them bloom in the spring.

I was disappointed the bulbs I had ordered for my new bulb garden were not available after their being significantly back ordered. I received a partial order and wrong tulip bulbs and no explanation for the others being permanently unavailable. The customer service person was phenomenal on service recovery and the company is wise to allow her ability to solve as a front line worker. She explained the unavailability of the bulbs which were central to my new garden, she had sent a different bulb replacement and a certificate to make up the cost difference in addition to the bulbs. 5 stars and I’ll be back BECAUSE of her solution. I was ready to take my business elsewhere until she came through.

Our delivery was on time. It arrived packaged appropriately for the materials. I appreciated the timeline of when to plant my spring flowers. Looking forward to seeing them grow.

They start growing 3 days after I moved them to the pot.

I would give this company 2 stars. One of the bags of bulbs had 4 in it when there should have been 5, (which to me was not worth contacting them about as they didn't come until late October and we are a northern state so planting season close to over) and the other bag of bulbs was very dry, even the bulbs were shrunken and dried up.

Good service and products

I love the bulbs that I have received, however I placed an order on 8/4/25 and still have not received all of it. Today is 10/24/25. None of the items were listed as out of stock or unavailable. I contacted the company 9/16/25 and was told I would receive the rest by 10/13/25. I now see that all of the missing items are listed as available to ship but still shows they are not on the way to me. It states they may be shipped as late as 11/11/25. I don't understand the delay. I'm not sure I will order again. I would expect that the website would be accurate if items were not available and updated. I also would expect my items that are PAID FOR in less than 3 months from the time that I ordered them.

I've been ordering from here for about two years now and the process is so easy. Great products every time. I've had great experience ordering from them and all the plants are beautiful! So much more options for my planting zone compared to my local stores. Ill continue to order from here.

All my bulbs came in a timely manner and in great shape. I had gorgeous flowers this summer and just planted the most beautiful daffodil bulbs for spring. My only complaint is the gladiolus I ordered were listed as deer resistant and they absolutely were not. The deer thought they were at an all you can eat buffet. I already have my dahlia bulbs selected for spring planting. I am so impressed with everything I have received and will continue to order.
