The boxes were great. The toys are strong and durable. I have 3 pit bulls and they love the activity toy as well as the puppy ale toy.

was easy navigating website and placing order. had questions and they were quick to respond. still have some questions will call them when the open this morning. have not received my order as was place on Friday evening.

My dog is 85 lbs. and VERY destructive. When we got the box he immediately destroyed one of the toys. I contacted customer service and they got right back to me, and even sent me a new (and even more durable) toy. I absolutely love this box, and how customizable it is!

This was first subscription box for anything and it's been nothing but a fantastic experience. The customer service and the product are more than I could have ever hoped for. My dog Elliot has been a faithful customer for over a year and he just knows when I bring in his box from the mail. His tail wags faster than a propeller and he hops all around eager for me to open his box and start giving him his treats and toys. Thanks to PupJoy, I've discovered wonderful brands and toys that even Elliot can't break. Elliot discovered just how much he loves bully sticks! I would have continued with their service had I not lost my job, but I can guarantee as soon as I'm back on my feet, I'll be back. We'll both miss getting a box in the mail monthly but the experience is one we both enjoyed. Thank you, PupJoy!

I ordered a 12-month subscription for my daughter's French Bulldog, Wilbur. She has received 2 boxes thus far and both were awesome! Wilbur loves the toys and the treats. There are more treats than he is allowed to have so it's definitely worth the money! I think my daughter is just as excited as Wilbur when the purple Pupjoy box arrives in the mail.

Got our first box saturday loved it all. Tinkerbell has enjoyed her toys and her treats. After watching many reviews of all the dog subscription boxes out there I narrowed it down to 2 of them to order. Pupjoy box was amazing

Love pupjoy, it's very customizable with quite a few options. My dogs love it! They're 6lbs but destructive, pupjoy sends toys they don't destroy immediately and treats they love. Very awesome customer service!
