I researched for a long time before choosing a company to go with. Customer service and quality of toys/treats was important to me. Pupjoy has both these boxes checked. I ordered a box of Treats,toys and accessories for my pup's 1 year birthday party. The shipping was really fast, less than a week it arrived. However when I opened it, the box only contained treats. I was really disappointed and contacted Pupjoy right away. Bill reassured me that it was a mistake, the box was not complete. With only a week to spare before the birthday party, Bill went above and beyond to get some toys for my pup. With express shipping, in 3 days, I received a box of toys! The toys and treats were all high quality, full size treat bags, durable toys. Communication was easy and quick. Thank you Pupjoy for putting a goofy smile on the dog's faces.

When I first received the box, a toy was missing. I called PupJoy and they sent it along with another small antler. My dog loves the toy but not a fan of the antler. He does enjoy the other treats that were in the box, but wish there was more toys.

My pup loves the toys and they seem very durable as well. Not sure what to do with the treat dispenser since we already have a Kong... But I consider it a great deal since each item would cost more if we buy them separately.

Great stuff in this box. Not only did I snag a coupon for a blanketid pet tag, but the solid ball my dog absolutely loves and was worth checking out the box again. Definitely in my top 3 dog subscription boxes, great job!

I have a young GSD who has a sensitive stomach and a super high toy drive. I wanted to get her some new toys on the reg (she has a tendency of destroying hers within a few weeks!) but I didn't like some of the other subscriptions because they all featured treats, which we didn't want. The toy-only option from PupJoy is great. The toys from our first box are (so far!) quite durable and she loves them. :)

My two standard poodles, Gigi (11) and Pearl (4) love their pupjoy box! We got a 6 month subscription for Gigi's birthday and will most likely be renewing it. The plush toy that we got has stood up to the both of them for a month (that is quite a feat!) and I was impressed with the quality of the treats. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get here! When I get the email that my PupJoy box is in the mail, I get so excited that I can hardly wait, but I have had to wait for almost a week for it to actually reach me. We are expecting our second box tomorrow and the dogs and I are very excited.

Love the box, love the options, love being able to try new treats for the pup.

Hi all. So I just recently joined the pupjoy team for my babies to have some then to open once a month. I no silly. I never expected to fall in love as much as I did. Pupjoy is verry reasonable on price and verry customizable. I got the grand box with the mix of toys and treats. The treats are all natural and my dogs go nuts for them. And the toys. Now keep in mind. I have 2 verry destructive puppies. The toy quality blows me out of the water. They love there toys the pupps go crazy for them and they have held up amazingly. I do recommend pupjoy to anyone who is looking for a great treat to give to there pupps that's always a surprise. Ohh and the best part. Is a certain percent of each box goes twards pups in need.

They are VERY quick repliers to any orders that need to be fixed, & really friendly too! Two thumbs up!

Scotti loves his box. There was only one treat that he he didn't like and I think its because its a dry treat that was very hard for him to chew, but besides that I'm cool.

So we received our box a few weeks ago. Its our first box and our pups were so excited. We did the treat toy and accessories combo. We got 4 bags of treats and 2 toys witch was perfect for our pups. We have 2 German shepherd mixes. They love the treats and toys and we love the fact that the treats are all natural and the toys are verry durable. So excited to receive our next box. Can't wait. Thanks pupjoy for giving back to the pups in need and for creating an awesome and all natural box for our pups.

I love the full size bags of treats! One thing though we have gotten 4 boxes so far and three of them have had a orange treat holder where they have to work to get the treats out. One or two is fine but three out of four is too much a little more varity would be nice.

Our very FIRST PupJoy box was a HUGE hit! My little guy, Hank, was very excited when we found a comfy spot on the floor and opened the box. He especially loves the toys - they are much different than the toys I usually buy for him. He's small and I always buy very small toys, the toys from PupJoy were slightly larger and he LOVES them. He goes to them all the time and has a ton of fun. I'm really happy to not only support a local business since we reside in Chicago, but to also see my sweet Shih Tzu so happy! We can't wait to receive our next PupJoy delivery!
