Service was great, and shipping; however, this product just didn't do it for me. It left my hair too heavy and looked greasy.

Drybar is a very good company. It is easy to order from them and they have wide variety of products.

I love this product and works great on my hair.

After the bristles on my first brush started to wear (after 1. 5 years of use) I contacted Drybar to find out if service parts were available. Since they are not, they were very generous and replaced my entire Half Shot with a new one! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful!
