I like the blow out dryer brush but disappointed that I was told that by ordering it I would get some sample products to try and I never got them. Disappointed in the customer service not the product

Overall a great product, I clean it after every use and try to be careful not to ruin the bristles. Just a little bit big in general, and not the best for my shorter hair
