So I do love my Droplett. I’ll be completely transparent, I saw it on the Drew Barrymore show and was fascinated. I had a little trouble w charging it but Liz in customer service was amazing and helped me through it. My machine does not put out the amount of “steam” (the capsule) that theirs did on the show. I’ve tried the different settings on the app for the diff capsules and don’t get the same result. I do feel the product but not in a way that I’m like “ahhhhhh”. The lip one has the most output for me. All the cartridges are great. I’d recommend getting the 28 day box to get a good idea if what you like. It’s a really neat concept.

I've always been happy with the company and the product, but the elimination of the cleansing capsules in each shipment surprised me. It would have been better for users to slightly increase each shipment's cost and continue sending the cleaning capsules.
