Talked to 4 different guys about my problem and none of them even came close to answering it. Had to fix the problem on my own and had to take some risks because they couldn't tell me what I needed to know.

I shipped my DJI Mini pro 3 to their repair center to have an arm replaced that was broken. I paid for the rush repair cost of $96.00 then received a call about the service fee and other fees. After all said and done plus nearly $600.00 in cost i received the drone back 2 weeks after being shipped. My first flight and just starting it fly the drone takes a right angel dive right in to the ground. So, I call them on Monday telling them what occurred, the drone crashing they state to me well we test fly them after repairs, states let me see what my options are then puts me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and attempted to call them back 3 times only to not being able to contact them on the phone any longer. I am going to my bank and requesting my money back for services not renders. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

So inconsistent with your advertising
Where to begin? When the recording guides you to the address, it is to their old address on Biscayne. They are no longer there. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the recording states over and over that all of their staff is knowledgeable and passionate about drones. Upon arrival to the store, the pleasant young lady, while polite informed me that she doesn’t fly drones and doesn’t know much about them. I left my gear with her on Saturday with the hope that they would begin repairs on Monday. I called this morning. It is Thursday, and the same young lady told me she didn’t know anything about the status, and that she would call me back. They close at six so at 5:30 when I didn’t receive a call back, I called them. A new voice. A young man told me that I should call back tomorrow after letting the phone ring for a good 20 minutes hoping that I would hang up. I don’t know if this is just the Aventura location or if this problem is companywide but I’m the type of customer that never complains, but being deliberately avoided when all I want to know is that my stuff is still there and safe is not some thing I would want other customers to experience. I know there is a major lack of drone repair places, but in my experience, dig deeper and find somewhere else. And drone nerds, my next step will be to call your vendor and ask them to track down my drone for me. No one likes leaving a review like this but that drone is my livelihood and you are creating a lot of unnecessary anxiety. Please respond.
