I had a good experience with purchasing the combo, however I was disappointed that the Avata explorer combo price dropped $300.00 within a few days of me purchasing it, especially after speaking with a salesperson about getting a better price.

I recently ordered a Mavic 3T from Dronenerds and was very happy with their customer service. Austin Y from their sales team took care my order and kept me informed of it's progress. The only issue I had was with their credit card payment processor which delayed my order slightly due to a verification issue, but Austin smoothed that out for me. Daniel Viviano was persistent in reaching out to me (multiple times) following several botched attempts to purchase a M3E (i.e., Bolt processing of credit cards), but ultimately, 6 months later I now have a new M3T...sometimes what you think you wanted, isn't want you really wanted, so in retrospect, I'm happy for the delay.
