I had trouble using a coupon code and I called customer service and they walked me through it and was able to use the code. Very friendly and even asked about my dogs- great personal touch!

The most important thing is that the 2 cats like Dr Marty's food. One cat is rather picky, so it is a relief to see the finicky cat eat the food and then meow for more. The other cat will eat almost anything and is overweight. She is very happy though.

I’m thrilled to see tiger eat. He was brought to me by Big Dogs rescue, he was frightened and had been abused. He is young but has no teeth and his toy he hangs out. With a lot of love and attention he is getting much better. Most of all he didn’t eat. I tried everything, nothing worked. Your food and treats did the trick. We all love to see him eat.

I love Dr. Marty products and only use his products for my three dogs. I feel confident that I am doing my best for their health and well being. My one issue that I've had several times recently, has been some errors in fulfillment of the orders. I'm quite sure that the center is very busy and that quality control can be more difficult in a very busy place--but if I'm ordering high end treats for my three dogs and receive cat treats instead, it doesn't make me feel confident about my orders. When I call customer service, they make it right, but this situation should be addressed at the source.

All 3 of my Cavaliers absolutely Love the Dental Chews. And their their teeth are totally clean now!
