Enjoyed the booking process , relatively easy to navigate,the price stated is no frills. Just that the car dealer side have more cockups.. diff color.. diff deposit amt..diff extenstion rates... and the car is not true to wat is stated on website and really have to depend on your luck. I rented my 1st KIA CERRATO n the car was in fair shape.. front lights spoilt 1/3 working only, remote no batt never inform, car dirty still insist i return after wash else penalty $10.. so better do ur homework rent from those with 99ratings instead of 5 or 28ratings..

Car was a little worn but otherwise functional. Was able to return the car outside of working hours. Many thanks to the staff members for putting up with my inexperience, as this was my first time driving since obtaining my licence.

Overall renting and choosing car
Overall renting and choosing car on DriveSg is great. The problem is the dealers do not deliver as per booking and do not inform pior till on spot u get the car and saw it is not the color u wan. Also the car dealer u really is heng suay or go for better reviews kind. The car i rented was in fair state. Headlights not working 1/3 hv light only. Car remote no batt never inform till i called then tell me. Car not washed or cleaned and have birdshit n still insist i wash car when i return else will charge me penalty. Also i am a very new p plate and they req i put $300 deposit instead of the stated $200. Had to extend one more day and they quote me $70 i go thru drivesg only $59. Dealer still tell me next time jus call them dun need go thru drivesg. Sorry dude, never! I rather go thru drivesg at least they help me settle.

The collection and returning time
The collection and returning time is not flexible. Most of them are not operating in weekend, as well as weekday morning and night. Have to pay for the delivery and collection.
