The rental was great. Experienced
The rental was great. Experienced some battery issues and the roadside assistance was prompt and issue was resolved with a change of a new battery. The drive was good and Howard and team were very helpful. Certainly consider to rent from them if the needs arise.

Service is good but I top up about 10 litres of petrol for less than 50km drive the fuel bar do not even rise by a bar.

The process is smooth without
The process is smooth without any hassle. However, it will be much better if the system could determine if the pick vehicle is available on the booked date. It would be pointless if system tell me that it is based on availability of the car.

The whole booking process was
The whole booking process was a breeze. 2 things that were a disappointment are as follows: 1. I could not buy the zero excess policy for my trip, I tried several times to buy through the link that was given but I kept getting an error message saying that I had entered an invalid booking number. Which leads to my disappointment #2. 2. I had a hard time trying to get through to the customer service hotline. I dialled the number more than 10 times before I got through the first time when I wanted to confirm if the car had booked was available at the time of my choice. But when I tried calling a second time to sort out the zero excess purchase, it was not able to get through at all and ended up not buying the policy at all. Drive.sg it a wonderful platform and I would definitely use it again and recommend it to my friends. However, please sort these problems out.
