I really like the bottle

Horrible, horrendous, fraudulent, infuriating, disgraceful, a complete lack of respect for your customers. Still waiting 20 weeks for Glitch bottle, and 8 weeks for Signature Serum bottles. I have no other feeling than feeling like I have been scammed by your company and the presents I wasted my time and money drinking Prime X to obtain for my son, was nothing more than an absolute farce.

As mentioned in the review of the product, it took you THREE MONTHS! to ship my bottle. If it was just the shipping time, I could be made to understand if there was a production delay or something but you didn't bother reaching out to me. I sent many emails asking why my product had not shipped and not a single email was replied to. The other day, I received a brown paper envelope with damage marked "fragile". Inside I found my Prime bottle with a broken label. Normally this wouldnt matter but considering the bottle is no normal bottle and signed by both KSI and Logan Paul, I consider the broken label a serious problem. I emailed you with pictures within 10 min of receiving the item and you have yet to reply to me. I'm still waiting on the Glitch bottle too the was order months ago. My emails in regards to this have been ignored as well. Your tracking system says that I have received the Glitch bottle and not received my separate parcel of a Prime hat. The hat was received and I can provide pictures to prove this and most likely clear video of the hat being delivered. I have emailed over 10 times total about all of this and I have no heard any reply. I hope this review reaches someone in marketing or sales or anything but customer service. We love Prime, we love your product and your brand. We actively tell people how much we love Prime. There's literally no substitute on the market. Please get your customer service to do their jobs. My son saved and saved to get these bottles. He has 5 display shelves in his room of Prime bottles. You're really letting a kid down and it's Christmas time.

Good comms. Badly sent bottles - poorly packaged, damaged bottles!

Arrived very fast. Packaged great.

Arrived damaged and received no aftercare from Prime. Got a very upset child who collected their bottles for months to earn prize. Contacted Prime multiple times are got ignored completely. Just auto acknowledged but no actual response.
