Badly packaged. Dont even provide outer box for the limited bottles that people had accumulated their points for. Came damaged as expected.

Never received the t-shirt

Horrible experience! Feel scammed and ripped off. 25 weeks and no glitch bottle delivery. All tracking information shows it has never shipped, only label created. Customer service doesn’t respond, no answers as to why, “your order is in que” (since July 24th) spent all that money drinking Prime X to get the bottle for my son, and now get to tell him it will never arrive, because Prime is a scam. Will never buy another prime product ever again

Terrible slow service, poor choice of courier and lack of customer service during aftercare.

Shipping was great but the signature bottle we received was very poor.
