Love the plain yogurt and beet kvass. That’s the first thing I eat/day every day. I mix the beet kvass with coconut water 50/50 for a bit of a sweeter drink

I drink a turmeric shot once a day for inflammation. I have carpal tunnel and the improvement is remarkable. Thank you Chris for the turmeric recommendation. I’m going to try a cleanse next!

I LOVE La Vie so much! I've enjoyed every single of theirs that I've tried. My go-tos are the Coconut kefir and the coconut almond milk. I feel SO good after I drink these! My partner and I did a week of cleansing and it was so easy, delicious and genuinely satisfying! We opted for a few just juice days and a few juice/soup days, supplemented with a bit of the incredible yogurts and a little organic produce and both felt fantastic! Plus I really appreciate being able to return all the bottles!
