I'm really impressed with the products! The sprouted almond + fresh coconut milk product line, it's refreshing, quite filling and sweet without the use of added sugars. Honestly worth every penny, this coming from a self-proclaimed penny pincher. For those who are conscientious of gut health, you won't find foods and drinks more well suited and tasty. And for my family and their more delicate guts (diagnosed), Drink La Vie is an essential part of a restrictive and yet nutritious diet. Their chickpea miso is a family favorite!! Please taste test this if you have not tried it! Great as a simple broth, and what I do is add bonito stock, sugar and coconut aminos for a marinade for baked salmon.

These products can’t be beat. The lemon curd yoghurt is the most delicious thing on earth, and is so satisfying! Beet kvass helps with digestion. Tropical kefir is delicious.

I love the LaVie products. The yogurt, broth, plain kefir & chlorophyll water are my favorite. Would be great to have a more ketogenic cleanse option that excludes fruit, potatoes and natural sugars (agave, coconut sugar). Ex. , If you made unsweetened nut milk/golden milk, or sweetened with monkfruit that would be stellar! Feeling great after that last cleanse which catapulted me into even better eating practices since!
