We love La Vie!! We have done the 3 day cleanse several times and find that it is a great “reset”. The beverages are delicious and filling. We (and our digestive systems) thank you and all of your wonderful, friendly and helpful staff!!

These products can’t be beat. The lemon curd yoghurt is the most delicious thing on earth, and is so satisfying! Beet kvass helps with digestion. Tropical kefir is delicious.

The chickpea miso is so versatile. My kids love it in my vegetable stir fries to add. Just the perfect saltiness. I love the LaVie products. The yogurt, broth, plain kefir & chlorophyll water are my favorite. Would be great to have a more ketogenic cleanse option that excludes fruit, potatoes and natural sugars (agave, coconut sugar). Ex. , If you made unsweetened nut milk/golden milk, or sweetened with monkfruit that would be stellar! Feeling great after that last cleanse which catapulted me into even better eating practices since!
