The cup is great quality and the flavors were really good as well BUT when I received my order, the cinnamon toast crunch pack had a little hole in it and it had gotten EVERYWHERE inside the cup. Other than that, CTRL has great products that I'm definitely going to be buying again and promoting to my audience especially as a big guy trying to lose weight and looking for a great meal replacement that is both delicious and effective.
