Very happy with service, delivery time and condition on arrival

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about receiving my outdoor lounge. But I am very happy. Wasnt hard to put together and didnt take that long at all doing it on my own. The stuffing on the back cushions are a bit flat, but I just got some stuffing from some old pillows and plumped them up. Easy fix. Very comfortable and looks nice.

The only reason I gave3 stars is that our original order was lost. Money taken out of our account but when I followed up 2 weeks later they did not have our order. I understand nothing is perfect so ok with the delay. Since bringing it to the companies attention it was rectified quickly.

Still waiting on missing pieces it's been weeks

We have downsized from a large dining table to a relaxing round marble look one. Very pleased. Well packed and quick delivery.

Customer service is prompt, delivery services are horrible, table with minor marks all over it, unsure if it was from delivery or the shop but over all, dreamo, the company is great to deal with. Although I would suggest a different courier.
