The only reason I gave3 stars is that our original order was lost. Money taken out of our account but when I followed up 2 weeks later they did not have our order. I understand nothing is perfect so ok with the delay. Since bringing it to the companies attention it was rectified quickly.

Still waiting on missing pieces it's been weeks

We have downsized from a large dining table to a relaxing round marble look one. Very pleased. Well packed and quick delivery.

Customer service is prompt, delivery services are horrible, table with minor marks all over it, unsure if it was from delivery or the shop but over all, dreamo, the company is great to deal with. Although I would suggest a different courier.

It was great wasn’t expecting it to b delivered so quick very happy with it

Stools were nicely packed. Store was very easy to buy online from and from click to buy to knock on our door, the experience was smooth and seamless.

Everything was perfect except the ripped cushion of the stool.

Unable to comment on the actual product as I am still waiting to receive. Push back after push back with the delivery which is out of your control once with aus post but if you can have them sent all together so I’m not receiving different parcels different days and then the parcel not arriving that would be great!

The delivery arrived in 3 seperate boxed, 2 arrived within 5 days & the other box arrived 2 days later. Some of the items didnt have the alphabet labels on it so it made it quite difficult to work out what piece went with what & took over 4hours to put together
