Well packaged.

Product is perfect but delivery was slow

The shipping was right on. Didn’t take long at all. The packaging was perfect.

Great service.

I am very happy with your service. I am extremely happy with your customer service rep Olivia. She is amazing. . . very friendly, anxious to please, and a great personality. Thank you for the fast and efficient service and for hiring Olivia. Diana

Good service! Thanks

Great

Easy to order onmline and make returns when necessary. Good quality items with a wide diverse selection.

I love the pants, got them on sale , took a chance on getting the only remaining size, larger than my usual. I plan to have it adjusted, if possible at a tailor shop. Fingers crossed!

I bought these identical sweaters from Parkhurst in different colours before the company unfortunately closed a couple of years ago. As always, Dream Pants was fast and reliable.

Belle couleur, très confortable.

Very fast shipping. Pleased

Dream Pants is a great company to deal with and I always recommend them to anyone wanting to buy nice pieces from great Canadian clothing companies!

Perfect

Always a great shopping experience. Excellent customer service.

Perfect, fast delivery. Thank you very much for your good work. Excellent contact, friendly and professional. Like to order be phone. Have a good day to all the staff. Excellent contacts, very professional.

Could do with flagging up the sizes better especially if orders are coming in from overseas. I ordered size 14 which is my UK size. I paid a whopping £27 postage and realised when they arrived that Canadian size 14 is equivalent to UK size 18! Exchanges are far too costly from the UK so I’m well out of pocket and have two pairs of trousers that don’t fit 🙁

Olivia has been excellent but I had to reach out multiple times still haven't received my item

Great dress and I am satisfied. But frankly I was flummoxed by the unannounced exchange rate (which did not match with my calculations). I thought I would pay $50 less!

Customer service helpful with pricing
