I ordered pants on Sept 3, and they were only shipped out on Sept 16, to scheduled to arrive 10 calendar days later! The supplier messed up the order I am told, but I should have then been given the option to cancel the order. Good customner care would also have expedited the shipping. I will be gone on the trip I had ordered the pants for when the arrive, as I certainly did not think an item listed as available would take over 3 weeks to arrive! Never again!

Great service! I contacted customer service after initially ordering one size and they were able to switch sizes for me and everything was perfect. I always have great customer service with Dream Pants!

You did great. The pants came on time and were on sale. I bought them as a gift and my sister was thrilled. Things couldn’t have gone better.

Love the sweaters. They arrived in plenty of time so I was able to wear one last night. Having to wait a couple of days because I live in MN is no issue for me. I am thankful that I could order from you. MN gal PMA

Very reliable delivery service and quite fast for delivery from the USA to the UK

I have ordered many times and have always been very happy with the website and the customer service.

Très satisfaite. Très bon service.

I can always order the exact size from my last order and am confident that they will fit. . . and they do!!! Keep sending me your ads.

My experience was amazing, I had given up on getting a pair of back ordered pants and one day they showed up at the door. . . wonderful service.

Late arrival

The packaging was like nothing else I have seen. It is carefully folded with tissue and their bag for delivery even looked expensive.

Great attentive service.

Great customer service!

Fast shipping and great customer service.

I love these pants. I got a pair years ago in Laura’s in Winnipeg. I couldn’t believe when I found them on line at your store. I am still wearing my black ones and get compliments all the time. These new ones fit like a glove and I am prepared for more compliments. Your service was prompt and professional. Thank you.
