No complaints at all. I returned one pair of pants and bought and kept another. I think you do a super job of sending and returning. Your packaging material makes it easy to reuse and affix your return label. Using Canada Post also makes it very easy to return.

I like shopping on Dream Pants and the easy return policy is why I do it…I really dislike shopping so online is good for me…I wear a size 18 or 1x or 2x depending on the article and make…problem is you are often sold out of those sizes even before you put them online . . this, I find frustrating…I love the fact that almost all the clothes are Canadian…great job…keep up the good work and I hope to continue to do business with your company in the future.

I ordered a pair of Charlie B pants in size 8, and when they arrive, they were too small. Even though they were on sale dream pants accepted my return and sent me a size larger, which fit me perfectly and I am absolutely delighted. I am looking forward to Dealing with this company in the future, as they are highly reputable and stand behind their products.

The dress is fine. The problem is that since I live in the US I was charged $36. 40 (35% rate) for duty. I was not aware this was going to happen. It means I can no longer order from Dream Pants.

It's hard to buy online to have the right size. I did send an email asking if the bermuda cargo shorts where true to size. I ordered an xlarge and they are more like 2xlarge. I should have ordered a size down, in other words, large
