Outstanding Service, But Beware of US Tariffs! I recently purchased a drone from Dr. Drone, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. From start to finish, the communication was absolutely outstanding. They were responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. It's clear they prioritize their customers. The only downside to my experience had nothing to do with the company itself, but rather the painfully high US tariff fees I had to pay to get the drone across the border. While Dr. Drone has no control over these government-imposed fees, they did an excellent job of managing the process. They made paying the duties as seamless and straightforward as possible, which I truly appreciate. So, while I'm frustrated with the extra cost due to US tariffs, I can't fault Dr. Drone. They provided an A+ experience, and I would still highly recommend them to anyone, especially fellow US buyers. Just be prepared for those unfortunate import fees!

Being a resident of the USA and with the tension between DJI and the USA, I was skeptical of ever receiving a drone in Q4 2025 after paying. I called their customer service team and they were very informative and polite. They said that purchasing the Tariff & Fees add on would allow them to handle all the work to guarantee a hassle-free delivery. I put my trust in them and they delivered. Thank you Dr. Drone!
