Shipping was a joke. Paid 400 to ship and had to go get it a mile down the road they sent a semi to deliver down country roads that he couldn’t fit on.

I had some trouble with set-up (my error not an issue with the equipment) and they couldn’t have been more helpful at Dr. Dish. Everything is up and running and my kids love the machine.

Most everything comes set up and leaves very little assembly. Dr. Dish is also easy to contact and responds quickly to issues. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is the wrong rim came with my unit when I ordered it so if delayed being able to use it correctly for another week. Customer service was quick to fix the issue however!
