My purchasing experience required some red tape to get this machine for our program. Dr. Dish was patience and timely in completing everything I needed to be able to purchase!! Got the machine within 2 weeks as well! Excited to start shooting!!

Everything went very clearly. The information was honest and consistent. I really hope the follow-through will be just as efficient since I need some logos on the machine before they’re delivered.

Most everything comes set up and leaves very little assembly. Dr. Dish is also easy to contact and responds quickly to issues. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is the wrong rim came with my unit when I ordered it so if delayed being able to use it correctly for another week. Customer service was quick to fix the issue however!
