It took me a few nights to get use to it, but I've had it for almost 2 weeks now and it's seems to be helping my snoring . According to my husband, I am not snoring at night which I'm happy to hear....this truly does work...

Took me about 3 1/2 weeks of wearing at night watching tv before I could finally fall asleep with the appliance in my mouth but now I can and it’s working. Takes a little time for your mouth to adjust.

I was honestly very skeptical that the device would work but decided to give it a try because my snoring was out of control and my wife was suffering the consequences. When I received the mouthpiece the instructions were very clear for the molding process and everything was as predicted that it would take a little time to get used to it and I would salivate initially. To my great surprised it worked! The snoring has stopped. My wife is now getting a full night's sleep and I am getting a more restful night as well because my snoring used to wake me at times. I can't say that I enjoy having the mouthpiece in my mouth but I am getting used to it and I am easily able to fall asleep. Very glad I gave it a try.

So apparently I have this snoring problem. I don’t know this cause I’m sleeping you see. Had to find out from my wife. I would get up and find her sleeping on the couch. I would be like what gives baby. She would be like I can’t sleep because your to freaking loud. So I got a zyppah. So instead of waking up to a pillow covering my face, I wake up to hugs and kisses. It’s true. I’ve tried others. Even one that my dentist made for me at $350 and didn’t completely work. The Zyppah does! It really fits better also. Thank you and my wife thanks you.

My hubby snores even when on his side. It is loud. This knocks it down by 100% as long as he doesn’t end up with it in his hand in the middle of the night.

According to my wife, I have snored periodically for over 10 years. In the past year, I often would wake myself from snoring so loudly. I tried several different home remedy medications and nasal products that rarely made a difference. I have now used ZYPPAH for 3 weeks, and amazingly zero snoring. I am waking up after 6-7 hours sound sleep and not keeping my wife or others awake. I hope my success continues with the ZYPPAH.

It took about a week to get use to the mouth piece and during that week my wife and I played find the mouth piece since I would throw it in the middle of the night, but I am sleeping great now. Skeptical at first as have had a 2000.00 appliance from dentist that has somewhat worked but still snore when on my back. With Happy Z the band across middle seems to be the key in preventing tongue to relax back and block airway. As long as stay clenched device works. Luckily I am also a clenched at night so,defeats 2 things and 100.00 better then 2k!

Tried other devices but zyppah is only one that stopped my snoring. Takes several days to get used to it.

Allow a month for your mouth to adjust. Please!! It is worth it.
