I purchased Downright down alternative pillows. The ordering was good, the shipping was good, the pillows are good; however the pillows were packaged WITHOUT a cardboard liner in the box where the box was to be cut open. It was a miracle that a pillow was not cut when I used a utility knife to open the shipping box!
