Easy access to the website,, only complaint I have is when you look at a piece your taken back to the home page rather than the page the item is on. Using the basket and check out is very easy. Not long after I placed my order I received an email with clear instructions on tge process. A few day later I received emails re the delivery, then more emails from Royal mail keeping me posted of the delivery.
