This supplement has been fantastic. I have been taking it for over 12 months and I noticed a difference within the first 10 days. I had more spring in my step and better concentration. My health has also improved on blood tests taken this year compared to 18mths ago with sugar and cholesterol. It is the one supplement I do not like to run out of.

It appears to work, but I'm still not quite up to the energy levels I had hoped for, meaning that my energy levels need more attention apart from PQQ.

My products got lost and they responded efficiently and sent me my products. Actual magnesium works great! My wife takes these for muscle and pgd pain relief and I take these as I get lots of muscle fatigue from my laborious job. Works great
