I believe it's helping my health.

The only thing I didn't like was that they put you on a recurring orders without you requesting. Other than that, this product is good and I recommend it.

Order was as expected. Customer service was very quick and helpful when I had a question. The internet says this is a good, reliable company but who knows? It could be baking powder in the tablets and I'd never know. (just kidding a little) But happy and hoping it is a good thing for me.
