I want the insoles that came in the Rodger one the older boots I have purchased in the past. They are better than anything else I could get at boot barn but……

Customer service was OK but not what I expected. And the return/exchange policy seems a little different to me. I have numerous pairs of Double H Boots and this is my first "bad" encounter. So hopefully just a rare occurrence with this particular purchase.

Easy ordering process and fast delivery!

I have worn Double H Boots for over 22 years now, my first pair were off the Work Wear Truck that would come to the plant, I have been wearing them ever since. I don't buy any other brand, because they just feel so good, like no other boot. I have probably owned about 15 pairs over the years; I have about 4 pair in my closet now. But the craze of the square toe era has dwindled the round toe selection, wish the round toe boots had a lot more variety to choose from. Keep up the great boots, thank you.
