Easy, fast and good service
The best pair of boots I’ve ever bought. I bought these two years ago and they lasted working in the elements putting them to the test so when I wanted a new pair I bought these again. Shipping was great three days and it was at my door step.
Long ranch boots are very comfortable
These boots are beautiful, comfortable, and handmade in a great small town in Pennsylvania - and checked and rechecked before they are sent. These days, all of those compliments and facts rarely go together! Add the great service, and these are superior boots from a superior company.
Good service
The leather tore right near the sole and the boots are lightly worn. I bought them in October and maybe worn them 5-10. Just put them on and noticed the leather tore. Not impressed with them.

Excellent shipping time. Arrived a few days before specified arrival date. Given the reported quality of the boots, I reached out to see if any specific methods were recommended to care for Double-H boots. Received a quick and informative response. No complaints.
As a boot maker, you stand above others in that you try to protect the toes of narrow-footed people. Unfortunately, you didn't get the narrow part correct so, try harder. However on the retail side, your service and speed of shipping / ease of returning were second to none.
