Sulbutiamine is a superior form of vitamin B1. It has a higher absorption rate as compared to thiamine. It's also been called a nootropic because it more readily crosses the blood brain barrier and is effective at healing any B1 deficiencies in the brain.

This magnesium supplement doesn’t supply a lot of magnesium, so I recommend also taking a different type of magnesium in addition. Use this one at night. It has definitely improved my quality of sleep!

I love this supplement! From the very first day, i noticed an amazing increase in energy! I was shocked at how much I was able to get done each day preparing for the holidays! I hadn’t felt this good in many years. That was at least two months ago and i’m still feeling better than I’ve felt in over 10 years! I don’t want to be without this Ashwagandha!

This is a good product and resonably priced. The ONLY reason I gave it a four star is the fact that the capsules have fillers in them. There is another minor aspect I would like to see in this product, i.e. to be supplied in 250 i.u. capsules, as well. I WILL continue to buy as I have used Serrapeptase for about 25 years.

I love the ease of mixing into my coffee each morning. I can tell that my joints are aching less and my hair and nails have gone crazy. I was losing a lot of hair and had very thin brittle nails.
