I haven't received perfumes so I don't know why so long . 13 days today

Someone ripped open my package and stole my perfume. Dossier didn’t do anything about it because I didn’t report it on time. Think twice before buying dossier as it is super easy for people to steal such a small package. I am extremely disappointed, as I have spent plenty of money at this company over the years and recommended it to countless friends. I will no longer be doing that.

Shipment arrived fast

The prices have increased since I’ve been shopping with dossier but they are still cheaper than designer brands. I’m a faithful customer!

To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes that this would smell like the original, but to my surprise, it’s literally identical! Even the staying power is the same! All I have to do is spray it on in the morning and it lasts all day. So so so happy that I’ve found this brand and that I no longer have to spend $100 plus on a bottle of perfume!

I encountered an issue recently where my free bottle of perfume didn't come but I'm currently working with Customer Service now to correct this issue. The orders in the past have been great.

I got to pick what I wanted. The fragrances were on sale, what more could I ask for?. . Plus, the shipping was free and came sooner than I expected.

Shipping was prompt. They send many emails keeping you informed of order status. Items packaged well to prevent breakage.

I loved the idea of the perfume at first, but after wearing it for some time, the scent became nauseating. My go to perfume is Versace White Crystal and of course I would love something that smells similar for a cheaper price so I wanted to try Dossier’s Fruity Magnolia. I loved it at first, but again it became nauseating and I may only wear it on occasions. It doesn’t stick as well and takes a few sprays for it to stick. If you prefer the price over the scent, this is for you. I will say, I do highly recommend the Ambery Vanilla scent! I received that as a gift and love putting it on every now and then.
