Aside from shipping delays (not Dossiers fault, blame that on the shipper) I love Dossier. I’m loving almost every scent I try (just tried my tenth scent). The one I didn’t love I sent back for exchange. Super easy to do, Dossier provided the shipping label. I am not sure how I feel about their membership, I’ve bought a lot and still have no credits in my Dossier membership. Meanwhile my influencer daughter gets new scents regularly, lucky her! Anyhow, quality products, great scents, and something for everyone.

I love yalls perfume. So thankful yall made high end smelling scents more affordable for us poor folk.

Customer service ghosted me. After talking to customer service they said they would send me a replacement and then they stopped communicating and never sent me my replacement.
