I never got this sample. Someone asked for a photo of what I did get, and it's been a busy week just sending this feedback since they're soliciting on the item that didn't come in. Sending a photo of a missing item shouldn't be necessary since there's no logic in it, and it shows a lack of trust in your customers' honest feedback about shipping issues. Since they want gold stars and this was never resolved, I am leaving my feedback on customer service. I wouldn't know how it smells because they would not easily resolve the issue.

I have not received my order due to an issue with the delivery address because of a recent move. I have reached out to both Dossier and the delivery company repeatedly to no avail. As a long time loyal customer, I am very disappointed.

Very fast efficient. Product arrived in a beautiful box. Exceeded my expectations.

Received the perfume, while they smelled good, I received one bottle broken, the top had broken off during transit and the bottle had completely emptied by the time it arrived. I reached out to customer service chat servers times and was told a senior member would get in touch, but no one ever did.

Someone ripped open my package and stole my perfume. Dossier didn’t do anything about it because I didn’t report it on time. Think twice before buying dossier as it is super easy for people to steal such a small package. I am extremely disappointed, as I have spent plenty of money at this company over the years and recommended it to countless friends. I will no longer be doing that.

Shipment arrived fast

The prices have increased since I’ve been shopping with dossier but they are still cheaper than designer brands. I’m a faithful customer!
