I absolutely love this scent. If you enjoy the smell of rose this scent is for you. It’s very feminine and floral but not overly strong. It’s my favorite scent ❤️

I’m disappointed. Ive ordered from Dossier exclusively for the past 3 years and have only had great experiences until now. I ordered 6 perfumes during the black friday sale and loved all but one. When I tried to exchange it, they had a system issue that wouldn't allow me to exchange (Tried to charge me the difference between the sale price and the regular price). I emailed customer service to ask if there was a way to exchange the perfume for another one of equal/lesser value. They emailed back & said of course—I just needed to send a pic of the perfume and let them know which scent I wanted to exchange it for. I sent them the info, then received another email in the same thread asking for the same info again. I work in tech, so I assumed it was probably a chatbot issue and didnt think much of it, just sent the info again. I never received a reply. Around a week later, I followed up with them, and they again asked for confirmation of info that they have on record. I confirmed again. Ive followed up two more times since then and haven't received a reply. I’m past the 30 day exchange window now, which sucks because I initially reached out to them the week we received the order.
