Love this so much
It is easy to shop on the website, shipping and updates are handled perfectly! What I do not like is that when I went to exchange one of my scents I was unable to exchange for the same scent I had in my order! I also had a hiccup in exchanging hoping now that I was able to return I receive my exchange in a timely manner!
Shipped quickly. Don’t enjoy that I have to pay for shipping the return.

Have had many attempts to try to rerun this because I don’t like the scent and nobody will send me a r fee with label. Keeps Gerri f emails saying the site is experiencing issues to try again. I won’t order from here anymore if I cannot return this. Have had many Roger purchases herw I was happy with but this is not a good customer service experience at all.

The only thing I was not happy about was the error with trying to make a return as well as having to be $3. 99 for shipping back. Most companies don't do that you just take to a UPS store.
Dossier's shipping partner flagged Dossier's package and left it stuck in a returning to sender state. Dossier will do nothing for me. It is going on 2 weeks and STILL hasn't changed status. Zero accountability, cannot recommend them to anyone. Silly customer service team commentary about "fairness for all customers" with their only "solution" being to place another order and let the other one run its course. It's too bad, I'm sure they make great perfumes but if they do not take ownership of the direct to customer experience maybe they should stick to box store sales.
Smells just like Si’ love it so much
I’d love to review the perfume, but that would require actually receiving it first. I placed my order on March 8, 2026, and as of March 22, 2026, it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking has shown “Info Received / Label Created” since March 9, so the package seems to be enjoying an extended stay in logistical limbo. Customer service has told me to wait until March 24 before they can step in, so for now I’m apparently just supposed to admire the tracking page and be patient. Naturally, Dossier still found time to email me asking for a review of the products I haven’t received. That level of optimism is honestly impressive. So here’s my review of the experience so far: excellent if you enjoy waiting, confusion, and being asked for feedback on items that exist only in theory.
