Even though I have ordered from here more than a dozen times and was logged into my Account, somehow an old address (from 5+ years ago) was somehow used and I never received my purchase. When I let y’all know I was directed to go to my old address and get the package and that there was nothing you could or would do for me. User error I guess but definitely poor customer service for someone with an extensive order history.

This is the second time in a year, where the spray bottle piece is broken and the clone is leaked out

The customer service at Dossier was top tier. They answered my emails in a timely manner and kept me updated on the status of my purchase.

I’m not sure what transitions the company is going through, but lately I’ve been getting incorrect notices of my credits, of a balance owed for a return I did, and a service team that seemingly does not communicate efficiently enough to eliminate further confusion. I usually just make purchases from their app and from time to time I’ll come across a glitch between pages. Their app is also a little clunky to navigate through

Shipping was fast and notifications

Starts out with that old lady powdery smell at first then lives up to its name brand name but only for about 2 hours. Overall happy and will be a return customer.

Customer serive needs vast improvement. You don't send tracking info for orders, in had to co taxt you all for it to be sent and this was a week after ordering! I emailed and never received a reply. I WhatsApp and they don't reply for 48 hours or more. Its not a good look, do better.

Fast accurate service!!!This is my 14th purchase and I love them. I am never going back to the originals. . . . some scents don't last as long. . . or so I thought!! Late in the evening, I'm asked what is that you have on. So while I can't smell it others still can. These perfumes were a good investment for me!!

Absolutely love the perfume, it smells amazing and sexy, great for night time
