I’ve been in touch with your customer service team many times to figure out the status of my order 40989. At this point I’m pretty disappointed as it is my first order and I have no updates on its arrival. I hope to hear back from you soon

Shipping was great, returns easy to deal with. It would be nice to get a QR code seeing label instead of print pdf only so I wouldn't have return shipping delayed waiting to get to a printer.

Terrible low quality scents. Dossier was wishy wasny about return labels, making it nearly impossible for me to return. They do it on purpose to try and make you stuck with the product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
