Even though I have ordered from here more than a dozen times and was logged into my Account, somehow an old address (from 5+ years ago) was somehow used and I never received my purchase. When I let y’all know I was directed to go to my old address and get the package and that there was nothing you could or would do for me. User error I guess but definitely poor customer service for someone with an extensive order history.

This is the second time in a year, where the spray bottle piece is broken and the clone is leaked out

Love the bottles of wonderful smells which arrive packaged so well. One wish - can you put on the bottle which brand fragrance the dozzier brand is similar to.
