Easy quick and product is great.

I bought nine doors from these people- seven of them came with cracks and one of them had 2 crooked panel on the upper left and upper right of a 6 panel door- which they refused to fix and wanted me to adjust it-which is obviously impossible to do unless it wasn’t built properly. They will try to blame you for any of the cracks that appear if you happen to use a water-based product to finish with-I used oil based so luckily I didn’t have to go down that road, but the truth is the filler they use on these doors disappear disappears with whatever you will finish or seal the door with. Anyone who buys these doors needs to go over them with a FINE tooth comb and a light. MOST LIKELY there are cracks or they will develop after you seal them and paint them or stain them. They did refund me for some of the doors, but they got so irritated with me in the end that I had to just give up with the last two.

The doors are beautiful! The customer service was also very good as one of the doors was damaged in transit and the replacement was sent out as soon as possible. . . .

Doors were not shipped together , 1st door arrived perfect very well packed , after contacting to find out what happed to the 2nd door it was shipped ,not packed nearly as well as the 1st and arrived damaged , although I was given a refund for the damaged door ,I waited over a month to get , still ended up with a damaged door

The door was shipped quickly, and very well-packed.

No problems with shipping or service. These doors were installed in an old house so adjustments were required but I am fortunate to have an excellent carpenter.

Ordered 7 simple interior pine mission shaker doors. Shipping via XPO, which were very professional when delivering. Arrived boxed up, wrapped to protect the strapping so it did not "dent" the corners. Happy with the product. Delivery time was spot on for what they indicated on the site. Would 100% buy again if needed.

one of the four sides had several areas of delamination when painted. these are nice doors other than having poor lamination. its clear that the veneer in these four places had not adhesive under then and when hit with the latex paint, lifted up. I had to cut these sections out, fill with wood putty, sand, paint, etc.

Really upgrade the house. .

They were moving factory and there was a small delay because of that, but they were very communicative and when the door arrived it was just as promised.
